This site belongs to Dave (mechanicallyincleyend). If you submit the Work With Dave or Ask Dave forms, the info you enter is emailed to mechanicallyshorts@gmail.com so Dave can read and reply.

What's stored

Your submission goes straight to Dave's inbox by email. This site doesn't keep it in a database. Server logs may hold standard request metadata like timestamp and IP address for a short time, for debugging and to block abuse.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, the site counts pageviews, referrers, and device type. Nothing that identifies you personally. No ad tracking. No cross-site profiles.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links (mostly in Dave's toolbox) are Amazon affiliate links. They don't cost you anything. Dave gets a small commission if you buy.
